​Introducing the Nittany Valley Events team! Our journey began with Aly, who earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management with a focus on event planning from The Pennsylvania State University in 2018. Tina, with her natural talent for planning and decorating, has always been the creative force behind her own events. Meanwhile, Rob, a skilled woodworker with over a decade of experience, has crafted many of the stunning decorations featured on our site. 

In September 2018, Tina and Aly the mother daughter duo joined forces to plan Aly’s August 2019 wedding on a budget. Combining Aly and Tina’s keen eye for design and planning expertise with Rob’s DIY craftsmanship, the wedding was an overwhelming success—and the foundation for what would become Nittany Valley Events!

Many of the photos you'll see throughout this website are from Aly's wedding, baby shower, and other events that Tina and Aly have planned together. After planning so many events and creating such a large collection of decor, they thought "it's a shame that these decorations will only be used once" ... until now. Aly and Tina's passion has now flourished into a business where they strive to help others plan and throw their own picture-perfect events without breaking the bank and having to deal with all the leftover decor.
